Lens Painting Services

The luminaire lens design in our customer's product required a three-dimensional lens appearance once installed in the ceiling. By creating a line on the back side of the lens, we achieved the desired aesthetic. This design element had to be precise and consistent to emphasize the most intriguing feature of the luminaire. Initially, the process was manual, but within the first year of production, we developed a custom lens painting machine for this process, which has supported unit sales exceeding our forecasts.
